Chef David Vallarino has been cooking as a private chef in the Bay Area for over 5 years. His early career in Michelin-star kitchens allowed him to acquire skills and techniques that inspired his unique style. As a Bay Area native, he has explored and embraced the high-quality local ingredients through each season – market fresh fish, garden-picked produce, lush orchards, local ranches – that the region is known for and showcases these details in each of his dishes. Success on the plate starts when we partner with local farms, orchards, and artists.
